The three buildings at 830 to 834 Pine Street, known as College Manner were built in the last quarter of the 19th century. Its white stone facade housing 47 apartments was in the hands of the Hoffman family since 1968. Renzi Property Management purchased the property in 2008. An extensive up grading process has begun. The upper floors in the 834 Pine Street property are serviced by an elevator. Its location, nearby Antique Row, Pennsylvania and Jefferson Hospitals, centered between Kahn Park and Washington Square Park, provides a highly desirable trendy neighborhood setting. It has shopping and restaurants within walking distance. There is a central, oil fired, steam heating system. Heat is included in the rent.

What others have to say about 830 to 834 Pine Street: I moved into the one of the three buildings on Pine Street. It is actually a very nice apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. It is an older building but management is always available to address any problems that arise. The buildings are very clean. I would stay longer but we need more room and more amenities. All and all it is a good apartment at a great price. I lived in College Manor for over five years. I had other landlord experiences where one would call repeatedly for maintenance requests but to no avail. College Manner always responds the next day. They always had someone there to maintain the property. I give College Manner 5 stars without hesitation! I will indeed miss our beautiful apartment and the people that worked hard to bring us the best! I have enjoyed living at 830 Pine Street for the past year. All my needs were met to the fullest extent along with having hospitality from everyone in management be exceeding par. I would like to thank everyone employed in the building for a great year, although I will be leaving due to life style changes and continuing my career as an artist. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone for the reason of the experience I received my past year.
